Nintendo revises its forecast from a profit to a loss for its fiscal year ending March 31st, 2014.

Nintendo just announced that their estimated full year sales have been adjusted from 920 billion yen or $8.81 billion in U.S. currency to 590 billion yen or $5.65 billion.
