In software this past week, we saw Final Fantasy XVI have a strong debut on PlayStation 5, with over 330k and Tears of the Kingdom with a soft drop of only going down 19% from the week prior. The rest of the chart is made up of evergreen titles, most of which, actually went up from their previous week.
In hardware, Nintendo Switch once again came out on top, with an amazing 105k…actually besting itself from two weeks ago. PS5 came in at second with a healthy 81k and Xbox Series had a decent 8k. Nintendo Switch has really been closing the gap this year, with how well it performed in Japan in 2022. We’ll see if it can surpass it at some point. See you next week!
