Usually, either before or after my martial arts training sessions, I get in some weight lifting at my gym. On this particular Saturday (November 3rd), it was after my Shotokan Karate practice was over, that I decided to do an extra workout. What’s present in this video is a small sample of exercises that are plyometric and full body-centric, using a small amount of equipment and area to pull off.

What’s also fun about it, is that my friend Patrick “Thunder” Cruz did the drumming, so a big thanks to him (turned out awesome)! Also, thanks to David Razavi for the filming and editing…valuable as always.
