Today on Dragon Ball Z, I would like to share with you Paul Gale Network’s recent project, Dragon Ball Z: Project Super Saiyan! This short live action video is one that attempts to recreate the high intensity and action that the DBZ series (and its predecessor/successor) has always been known for. It’s a fan made video that was a lot of fun creating and I have to give a shout out now to David Razavi, Richard Razavi, and Lala Tuason for their help in its creation.

I’ve personally been a huge fan of this series and its whole universe since I first became aware of it in the early 90’s, and to this day think it’s one of the best animated cartoons there is. To Toei Animation, FUNimation Entertainment, Cartoon Network, and Namco Bandai Games, thank you for all of your contributions in making Dragon Ball Z a world wide phenomenon. Here’s hoping that Dragon Ball Z stays awesome and in people’s minds forever!

Without further ado, here is Dragon Ball Z: Project Super Saiyan!

As you’ll see in the video, we first start off by looking at Goku charging up, intensely. With the power he possesses and strength he emits, the environment around him slowly begins to change.

After a series of powerful yells, Goku completely goes Super Saiyan. His body has evolved, his hair has changed color, and he can now fight at a power level far beyond his old self. But as the video shows, when Super Saiyan Goku uses his instant transmission, it’s because he realizes that more time might be needed to evolve further…perhaps going beyond legendary and into Super Saiyan 2 status.

Will he achieve this goal? Find out next time on Dragon Ball Z!
