Day One hundred twelve (Week Sixteen): August 23rd, 2014

Here is the sixteen week mark of my Fitness Year 2014 series of body transformation pictures. Thank you, Jason David Frank for the continued motivation. This is my final picture in this series. 16 weeks, 112 days, and a very satisfying increase in health, cardiovascular ability, physical strength, flexibility, martial arts technique, fat loss, and muscle growth. Also worth mentioning is that at 160 pounds, this summer I have hit my highest bench press max yet: 350 pounds.
