Street Fighter IV Launch Party: Neal McDonough and Paul Gale

I met Neal McDonough at Capcom’s Street Fighter IV Launch Party in Los Angeles in 2009, when he was playing in the VIP lounge. I remember telling him that it was cool to meet M. Bison, Bruce Banner, and Dave Williams…all at once, and he laughed out loud. It was definitely cool for me to meet Neal because I always thought he was a good actor and hoped (as I always do) that he was a nice guy in person.

Needless to say, McDonough was very happy to talk and even told me that if there were to ever be another Street Fighter Movie game, perhaps even based off of Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun Li, that he’d be on board to voice act and be the model for it. The stipulation was that it’d be more in line with the film version of M. Bison that he portrayed. Yeah…personally I’ll go with classic red, but no disrespect to Neal’s decision. Thank you Mr. McDonough for the nice chat and good luck with Captain America and everything else you do in the future.
