Last night I went to Yard House and have to say, really cool place. It’s a low light restaurant with nice ambiance, a quiet setting, and plenty of nice looking TV’s to watch any number of games on. In addition to the place having an elegant feel to it, while still maintaining a certain cool factor, the menu was well varied in both food options and prices.

Then comes the bonus: open late. You go driving around and place after place is closed, you reach a mall and a few of those restaurants are done for the night as well. And then you roll up to Yard House and despite showing up at 10:30pm, you’re fine. Heck, staying until 12:30 was no problem and the waitress, Cynthia, at this particular location in Lancaster, CA was really upbeat and helpful…so not once did you feel rushed or unwelcome.

Paul Gale Network doesn’t typically review restaurants, but when a visit like this leaves a positive impression in your mind, it’s worth giving credit. Thanks Yard House.
