Happy Thanksgiving from Paul Gale Network
Before haircut…

Thanksgiving…two words wrapped into one, right?

Thanks: As 2012 is coming to a close, I do have quite a bit to be thankful for.

I’m appreciating and being thankful of my parents for always having my back. Through supporting me in my ideas, projects, and desires…as well as for the everyday friendship they still give me, thanks.

To my friends both decades old in building a tight bond and my more recent pals that have helped bring in a lot of laughter into the year and being very welcoming of me, thanks.

My work, my clients…thanks for giving me the opportunity to do some good in the world. I do what I do because it makes me happy, I enjoy the individual approach behind it, and feel great in knowing that someone else’s happiness meter might be just a little more filled thanks to even a small part of me.

For Paul Gale Network and all of its followers, fans that read, watch, question, and give me a reason to stay varied and remain on my toes at all times, thanks. And it goes without saying, that a great thanks is to the technology out there that gives me new content to enjoy, the companies behind it, and all other outlets that provide entertainment to my life.

To all that made a purchase of (or helped in some way) my book, Lisek’s Great Adventure…you know how important of a goal that was for me to see through this year and it’s because of all of you that it had a chance at succeeding, so thanks.

To health. I’m in the best shape of my life and feel as much energy and vitality running through me as I had when I was 18. I suppose that this category is really the only one that I have myself to give credit and thanks to, but hey…why not.

And to what I’m more thankful for than anything in 2012: “Exploring the Familiar and Making it New”. Such a joy, such a long time in the making. Something worth pursuing and something that like most things in life, will be worth the wait. The opportunity alone makes me smile and it’s that opportunity and being persistent in it, especially with it being so long in the making, that makes me that much more appreciative of what’s at hand. There’s a saying, “Grab Life by the Horns”, but in this case, it’s a cow and a golden one at that. So whereas the classic line would recommend taking full control over the situation, like with a bull in making him do what you want him to do…a cow is more delicate, needs more time, and is so precious and valuable for what she brings, when respected, that you can’t rush a situation or be forceful. Instead, you need to put yourself through the test of being “Persistent and not Pushy”. So thank you for slowly proving that good things come to those who wait.

Giving: What do I give to those around me or across the globe? I only try to present the best that each avenue of my life needs. Whether it’s laughter to one section, news to another, advice or not giving up when I’m needed for something. I try to be devoted to all that I come across, in being as helpful as I can be, and proving that my colors are true and that my intentions are noble. Physical things or non…the value that I share in what others give to me is all I try to reciprocate.

So to everyone reading this, have a very Happy Thanksgiving. May we all enjoy the company of others today and keep one another well. Thank you.

    1. Well thank you very much for the wishes, bud. And for what it’s worth, Happy Thanksgiving to you, too. Even if you don’t celebrate the American holiday itself, there’s always a good reason to be thankful for something. 🙂
