Here is a tutorial video for one of the advanced black belt katas in Shotokan Karate: Kanku Sho.
In this video, I first demonstrate each movement of Kanku Sho, step by step and then follow up with a normal paced run of the kata. This is an advanced black belt kata with many small details within, so hopefully my guide will be of use to you. Thanks for watching.
