Here is a tutorial video for the fourth kata in Shotokan Karate: Heian Yondan.
First I demonstrate all of the movements in Heian Yondan very slowly and with an attention to detail and then I perform the kata as it’s intended to be done. I hope you enjoy and find it helpful.
