This weekend from the 15th through 17th, my dojo located at California State University of Northridge (CSUN) is hosting a Shotokan Karate International Federation (SKIF) seminar, lead by 10th degree black belt, Kancho Hirokazu Kanazawa and his son, 6th degree black belt, Sensei Nobuaki Kanazawa.

So far we had an excellent kumite oriented training session on Friday night and two more variety karate sessions today. Tomorrow will wrap up the end of the seminar and possibly the last time that Kancho Kanazawa does an event like this.
