It’s 2012 and that means that in keeping up with tradition, Halloween this year makes it my 15th time carving out a video game themed pumpkin. For the special occasion of doing this hobby for a decade and a half, for it exceeding half the amount of years that I’ve been alive, and since we only get new home consoles every several years…Nintendo’s Wii U was the obvious choice.

Well that was a nice surprise! Sometimes, moments happen like this, while writing an article, that will you make you always remember what you were doing during the moment…and in this case, it was hearing from my long time friend, Charles Martinet. After exchanging some “Happy HalloWiin to U” texts to one another, I shared my 2012 effort with him and he loved it! Awesome. Thanks Charles!

This jack-o-lantern, as with most that I’ve carved, took a couple of hours to complete, but as always…it’s so worth it!

I hope you enjoyed the pictures and video and as always, thank you very much for supporting Paul Gale Network. Here’s to Nintendo and Wii U being one incredible console. Hopefully its launch is an extremely successful one! And once again, Happy Halloween to all of you…rather “Happy HalloWiin to U”!
