Nintendo knows how to deck out a lounge and give it that special feeling.

Last night in New York City, Nintendo held a media event for Donkey Kong Country Returns. At these events, video game companies usually decorate the room they rent out accordingly to what their game represents. In the past for instance, I was at Konami’s Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater media zone and it was a junge that had snakes wrapped around polls, a fog machine, etc., and it was pretty cool. The DKC:R event was no different…well, with the exception of the thousands of banannas on hand. A little over a month away until you’ll be able to play the game yourself.
