Super Mario Bros. The Movie starring Bob Hoskins, John Leguizamo, and Dennis Hopper is seeing a DVD re-release this Summer. The original film debuted in theaters in 1993 and has already seen one DVD release in 2003. It’s unknown why now is this movie coming back with some slightly altered packaging, but if you’re interested in owning it, here’s one more opportunity.
It’s not nearly the type of experience you come to expect from something with Super Mario in the title, but it’s interesting…that’s for sure.
