Metroid: Other M is quickly shaping up to being the most anticipated video game for Wii owners, this year. Fortunately for you, you won’t have to wait long either, to get a chance to play it yourself, since this mega title comes out in just over two weeks: August 31st.

Perhaps for those that have school, Other M would have been more ideal if you could have been enjoying it throughout your whole summer break, but Nintendo was hopping that Super Mario Galaxy 2 and Sin and Punishment: Star Successor would last you.

In case you’re a Metroid fan who’s worried that Other M is going to focus too much on action and not enough on adventure and exploration, have no fears, because Nintendo and Team Ninja know that their fans want a balance and so a perfect balance is what they’re trying to achieve. In just a couple more weeks, we’ll find out how close they are to achieving their goals.
