Ever since E3 2017 when it was revealed during the Nintendo Direct that a Pokemon game was in development for Nintendo Switch, fans have been speculating what the title(s) could turn out like. Today we learned just that…and much more. First up, enjoy the debut trailer for Pokemon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! and Pokemon: Let’s Go, Eevee!

I felt that this trailer was awesome and did a great job bridging the gap between the massive success of Pokemon Go and the traditional (also highly successful) formula of the main entry, core Pokemon games. These two titles land exclusively on Nintendo Switch, this November 16th.

Next up, releasing today, is Pokémon Quest, a free game to download and play. Finally, coming in the second half of 2019 are two “more traditional Pokemon entries”, that are official Generation 8 releases. These titles will be more graphical, feature new Pokemon, and fresh gameplay mechanics, and be a more natural evolution that series’ fans are hoping to expect.

For now though, it looks like we’ve got a good balance of Pokemon games. Paul Gale Network is pretty satisfied! How do you all feel?
