She said YES!

As of April 11th, 2013, PGN’s Paul Gale is officially engaged! I proposed to my wonderful girlfriend at our favorite restaurant, Yard House (up at the Palmdale, CA location) and she said YES! It was a truly amazing, memorable night, and one that we’ll never forget.

In addition to hearing the best word ever come from my now fiance, “yes” when asking her to marry me, it was a total surprise for her, we both had tears of joy, the whole restaurant paused while we had our moment, there were cheers from everyone there, lots of clapping, very kind comments from other guests, champagne bought for us by a nice couple, dessert that said “Congrats” from the restaurant, and the inclusion of our family that I had secretly planned this with ahead of time.

A really big thank you goes out to the truly excellent service by the people at Yard House, for collaborating with me in the seating arrangements and special accommodations made for this very special evening that I had planned. Another big thank you to my parents, Kim’s mom, and grandpa that came out (as well as her dad on the phone), for making the night that much more special.

Finally, thank you to my beautiful, funny, best friend, and amazing special lady, Kimberly, the love of my life and my soul mate, for making me the happiest man in the world that night and for each and every day we’ve had and have yet to experience together. Kim, I love you.
