From a combination of news out of Microsoft, Nintendo, and Sony, we learned today just how many units of hardware were sold for the month of November, 2011…and it was a lot!

1) Xbox 360 = 1.7 million
2) PlayStation 3 = 900,000 (approximately)
3) Wii = 860,000
4) 3DS = 795,000
5) DS = 350,000

Those are just awesome figures. A big congratulations goes out to all three companies! And below is a list of the Top 10 best selling games of the month, courtesy of NPD. Here’s to December being just as big.
