Madden NFL 12 is off to a great start, selling 1.4 million copies between the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game. This number is considerably higher than the last couple of years’ games. I imagine that the 2013 edition will have even higher sales (assuming the Wii U is out by the time it hit shelves), because there’ll be three major platforms to choose from, with the Wii U no doubt making good use out of its U-control to enhance gameplay.
