Billy Mitchell is one of the top competitors in the world when it comes to having the highest recorded score in Nintendo’s original arcade game: Donkey Kong. It’s fitting then, that somebody at Retro Studios decided to give Mr. Mitchell a little nod by putting his tie in World 3-2 of Donkey Kong Country Returns.
