The Professor Layton series is coming from your DS and into your DVD player, later this year. Professor Layton and the Eternal Diva is set to release this October 4th in the UK in both DVD and Bluray formats. Here’s what you get if you buy the special edition set:

Hopefully we also get this set in the United States, but in the meantime, you can order it from Amazon. The only issue you may have if you order the UK DVD, is region-coding. If that’s not a problem, then you’re all set.
