In software this week, we saw three new titles in the Top 10, with Super Mario Bros. Wonder claiming the #1 spot. Nearly 640,000 physical copies of the game were sold, with Spider-Man 2 selling 77k and Sonic Superstars, 4k.
On the hardware side, Nintendo Switch had quite a nice boost, selling more than it did both last week and last year for the respective week. The console has now sold a lifetime total of 30,988,881 units in Japan and next week, will become only the third platform in the country’s history, to clear 31m.
