It&#8217;s that time of year for me to once again share my annual video game themed pumpkin&#8230;this being my 19th consecutive one!<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"425\" height=\"344\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/lvAbcbKqZ-I\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>I decided that for this year&#8217;s effort, I would make a dual sided Jack-o-Lantern, with one face being Pikachu, to help celebrate the Pokemon series&#8217; 20th anniversary and the arrival of Pokemon Sun and Pokemon Moon next month&#8230;and the other being Nintendo Switch!  Switch is Nintendo&#8217;s next-gen console which is a home and portable hybrid machine, that gives you a complete gaming experience both on your TV and anywhere you feel like taking your system.<\/p>\n<p>For Pikachu, I carved him and his tail first and then did some shaving and slight coloring for his cheeks.  For the Nintendo Switch, I carved out the Left and Right Joy-Con controllers and then the word &#8220;SWITCH&#8221;, below.<\/p>\n<p>I really like how this year&#8217;s pumpkin turned out and hope you enjoyed it as well.
