On this particular Saturday (November 3rd), it was after my Shotokan Karate practice was over, that I decided to do an extra workout. What&#8217;s present in this video is a small sample of exercises that are plyometric and full body-centric, using a small amount of equipment and area to pull off.<\/p>\n<p>What&#8217;s also fun about it, is that my friend Patrick &#8220;Thunder&#8221; Cruz did the drumming, so a big thanks to him (turned out awesome)!
