This shouldn’t come as a big surprise and in fact, many who read this will probably say, “no duh”, but I recently was revealed a morsel of information from a trusted source, saying that Nintendo is currently in development of a “3D Mario game” for Wii U, in addition to New Super Mario Bros. U.<\/p>\n
The strategy in effect is to launch New Super Mario Bros. U this year and follow up with a new 3D roaming Mario adventure in “tentative 2013”. It makes sense too, because it’s what Nintendo did with the one-two punch of New Super Mario Bros. Wii and Super Mario Galaxy 2…only the gap between these two Wii U Mario games is going to be longer than the 6 months that the pair’s predecessors had between each other.<\/p>\n
