It’s also an important day for Wii owners, because first of all it’s been a 5 year wait since the last home console Zelda game came out and secondly, Skyward Sword just might be the last Triple A title for the console. Unless Nintendo plans to surprise us all and release The Last Story, Xenoblade, or Pandora’s Tower in 2012 before Wii U comes out, we might be playing Wii’s last hurrah. If there isn’t anything major in the pipeline for Wii next year, then let me say that if you’re a Wii owner…do yourself a favor and buy this remarkable game. It truly is an epic, well crafted adventure, and is Nintendo’s longest game in development ever.
