With Kinect being available for a mere two weeks, it&#8217;s time for Microsoft&#8217;s toy to shine and bring the world that much closer to &#8220;the future&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>What you&#8217;re about to see is the Xbox 360&#8217;s Kinect, placed on top of a mobile robotic device, and then be directed to do tasks by visual commands from a human. We also get a look at what the robot sees in its 3D space thank to the Kinect&#8217;s camera. This is science fiction turned science fact. It&#8217;s an early look into the future&#8230;and when I say that, I&#8217;m referring to one John Connor and the Terminator franchise!
